| 2008 | The technical service, instrument manufacturing and instrument service divisions of Asahi Techneion Co., Ltd., and the instrumentation work and precision instrument divisions of Kokusai Keiso Co., Ltd., were separated from the their original companies and merged to form a new company, Asahi Kokusai Techneion Co., Ltd. |

| 2006 | The Solution Center was established in Sodegaura city in Chiba prefecture, functioning as a distribution center for technology and manpower. |

| 2003 | The Asahi Kohsan Group received ISO14001 Certified. |
| 2001 | Received ISO9002 certification after the certification was integrated into ISO9001. |
| 1998 | Received ISO9001 certification. |

| 1986 | Moved head office to Tokyo, and established the Kitakyushu office at the former head office site. |
| 1984 | Established Asahi Group Trading Co., Ltd., a non-life insurance agent. |
| 1978 | Merged with Asahi Pipe Lining Co., Ltd. to start a pipe lining division. |
| 1977 | The development division of Asahi Techneion Co., Ltd. was separated to establish Asahi Electronics Co., Ltd. |
| 1967 | Established Asahi Pipe Lining Co., Ltd. to begin design and installation of current pipe linings. |
| 1962 | The automation division was separated to establish Kokusai Keiso Co., Ltd. |
| 1958 | Started the design and installation of anti-corrosion linings. |
| 1957 | The instrumentation work division was renamed the automation division. |
| 1956 | Established Asahi Keiki Mfg Co., Ltd. (the former name of Asahi Techneion Co., Ltd.) |
